According to the national standard for white sugar (GB317-2006), the standard name for fine granulated sugar should be "refined white sugar," which is the highest quality type of white sugar (white sugar is divided into four grades: refined, superior, first-grade, and second-grade). From the above indicators, it can be seen that fine granulated sugar has advantages such as purity (highest sugar content, lowest electrical conductivity ash content (impurities)), dryness (minimum drying loss indicates the least water content), white color (lowest color value (referring to the color of the sugar), lowest turbidity), and better health (lowest sulfur content).
