Construction of the Guangdong Huatang Industry Refinery Project, a key municipal and district project, has entered the final sprint stage, aiming for trial production in June this year.

At the construction site, the main plant building of the Huatang project is basically completed, the main equipment of the sugar refining workshop is basically installed, and workers are preparing for equipment debugging.

According to Zhao Si Jiang, chief engineer of Guangdong Huatang Industry, some civil engineering projects that were temporarily suspended due to weather conditions are now being expedited and have basically entered the final stage. Next, they will continue to focus on the construction of steam pipelines and improve the basic supporting facilities for trial production.

Other than that, everything is completed without problems. Now we are completing the loading room, the foundation will be finished soon, and the steel structure above will be used for factory construction, which will start soon. Next is the carbon dioxide generation room, the main body has been built, but it hasn't been capped yet, and it will be capped soon.

According to the planned schedule, the Huatang project is expected to conduct single-machine debugging in late May and trial production in June.

Currently, civil construction, equipment installation, and pipeline installation are all in the final stages. Equipment debugging should be completed by the end of this month, and trial production should be next month, around the end of June.

It is understood that Guangdong Huatang Industrial Co., Ltd. is a privately owned food production enterprise that mainly uses sugar as a raw material to produce refined sugar, refined sugar syrup, and caramel color. The project was established in early 2014 in the B area of the Yinzhou Lake Paper Industry Base in Shuangshui Town, covering an area of 100.4 mu. It plans to invest 300 million yuan to build a production line with an annual processing capacity of 503,400 tons of sugar, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of refined sugar, 240,000 tons of refined sugar syrup, and 100,000 tons of caramel color. Equipment will be invested in phases, with an initial capacity to process 1,500 tons of sugar raw materials per day. After the completion of the entire project, the production capacity will reach 2,000 tons/day, achieving an annual sales revenue of 3.74 billion yuan and tax revenue of nearly 300 million yuan.
